The Logistics Security Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be a part of a diverse team within the centralized hub of prototype supply chain support.
This role utilizes security operations and/or logistics experience to provide expertise in the tracking of safe arrival shipments, risk assessments to identify process improvements, and data reporting and root cause analysis.
This role proactively communicates solutions for supply chain security issues or potential delays and works within a very customer-centric environment with an emphasis on innovation, quality, and productivity.
This is a temporary full-time position for seven months, which may be longer or shorter based on business needs.
The schedule for this position will be Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm.

What You Will Do
* Remove the unused raw material, scrap plastic, cardboard, and general trash from the Inline machines daily and when orders are complete
* Using the current Oracle system, identify the material and label it, then scan it to the storage area
* Connect the raw materials to feed hoppers, blending systems, auxiliary storage tanks, transfer tubing, and the extruder hoppers as needed
* Assist in troubleshooting with manufacturing personnel any issues related to the flow of raw materials or blends to production lines
* Identify the different material lines for each blender, extruder, and auxiliary storage tank and ensuring the right material
* Set up and manage blender settings desired for each line based on finished product spec and raw material/regrind available
* Change regrind percentages to manage the surge bin and stock regrind levels
* Work off Oracle work orders and understand the percentage needed to produce the finished product
* Identify all raw materials used in the facility
* Fill blenders and extruder hoppers with the specific materials required for the appropriate work order
* Operate the baler, compactor, scales, wrapper machines, and all blending equipment.

CPP-Steel Treaters is a heat treatment facility for the Air Craft and Industrial Gas Turbine industry and is located in Oriskany, NY.
We are currently looking for an individual for our Heat Treat department.
This position starts at $19.00 per hour.
$2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift, $1,000 sign on bonus, 5% quarterly bonus, and overtime as needed.
Job Summary
Has demonstrated the ability and skill to perform a variety of tasks necessary for the preparation for parts prior to and subsequent to heat-treating.
This may include the ability to maneuver the parts via forklift, stage the parts prior to head treating (special handling or stringing, painting, etc).
Should be capable of processing loads with little supervision at least two of the most frequently used furnaces at the site which are largely repetitive and where operational procedures are standardized.
Must demonstrate that they are a self-starter, and a team-oriented individual who will occasionally have direct contact with our customers.
May occasionally have an additional skill-set, such as the appropriate license to be a substitute driver or specialize in one particular furnace such as an induction operator.

Employee requires some/little supervision as he/she operates heat treating furnaces, using standard heat treating charts, and utilizing knowledge of heat-treating methods, equipment, and properties of metals where cycle time, temperature and methods are prescribed and are largely repetitive and where operational methods are standardized.
Employee sets and regulates temperature controls, visually checks parts for foreign matter, positions parts on racks, loads furnaces, monitors heating cycle to assure that parts are brought up to the proper temperature and for the proper amount of cycle time.
In addition, this individual monitors the heating cycle, is capable of answering alarms and clearing the condition causing those alarms as appropriate.
Also, this person will remove parts from the furnace; immerse them in a chemical, water, brine or an oil bath for quenching.
Additional skills may include (depending upon the equipment at the site) the ability to drive a truck and/or operate specialized equipment such as an induction heating furnace.
Should be capable of reading and understanding work instructions for the staging, loading and finishing of the process (such as hardness testing) for repetitive jobs.
Should be in training or capable of (with supervision) using measuring instruments to insure customer requests for dimensional accuracy - straightness, roundness and hardness.

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in City of Industry is currently looking for an Engineering Technician to join our team! This role will be reporting to our Engineering Manager at our Aerospace Manufactory in City of Industry, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyzes test results and summarizes data for easy review.
* Assist Engineers in reviewing data (SPC), identifying and taking corrective actions.
* Maintain good documentation and reports after analysis is complete.
* Ability to understand and follow internal specifications and procedures.
* Supports continuous improvement initiatives by continuously pursuing internal and external opportunities for process improvements using SPC, DOE's, and conducting other cost savings on new products under development
* Prepares technical notes and reports dealing with process improvements and variation reduction.
