The Opportunity
This role requires proficiency in key elements of Reliability Engineering (RE). This role will collaborate with stakeholders and apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and practices to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all site facilities, utilities, and equipment.
A key focus is to lead and contribute to strategic planning for Reliability Engineering.
This includes applying RCM to both GMP and Non-GMP equipment across the South San Francisco (SSF) and Dixon (DXN) campuses to increase system uptime and optimize Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA).
This role will primarily support Genentech SSF Lower Campus, and flex to support all SSF and Dixon campuses.
