Principales activités
A ce titre, voici vos principales missions :
Preview /Sessions d'achats - Amont
Assister l'équipe commerciale sur la préparation des sessions de ventes d'un point de vue logistique (agencement du stand, informatique, matériels...) en lien avec l'équipe d'organisation et les services généraux
* Gestion et recrutement des équipes de ventes et mannequins, suivi des plannings et budgets
* Construire les plannings d'achats de la collection en respect de l'allocation des clients
* Organiser et assister les différents shootings photos/vidéos produits organisés en amont du showroom
* Participer à l'élaboration des outils d'aide à la vente (brief vendeurs, catalogues, documents annexes)
* Participer à la préparation des analyses (historique d'achats, etc)
* Nourrir l'outil de commande " Application Podium " : images, vidéos, prix, vérifications catalogues
* Préparation des outils vendeurs
Preview/Sessions d'achats - Pendant
* Accueillir les acheteurs et visiteurs ; partager les documents relatifs à la collection ; s'assurer de la disponibilité des outils ; tenue du back-office et du visuel merchandising du showroom
* Assurer la coordination et veiller à la bonne organisation du stand pendant le déroulement des ventes (être en lien permanent avec les vendeurs, assister les responsables commerciales, support aux acheteurs/boutiques)
* Gérer les plannings des mannequins Chaussures et les prêts des tenues Prêt-à-porter Femme / Homme
* Suivre les modifications du planning d'achat, venues des visiteurs, gestion des déjeuners et badges
* Mettre à jour les différents outils commerciaux selon l'avancée des achats : annulations, modifications, etc
* Soutient à l'animation des sessions de vente : maitriser les systèmes, connaitre les collections, essayages mannequins, etc

Responds to and effectively handles emergency situations which may require flexibility of both time and areas of assignment; applies SCIP-R and behavior management techniques as required.
Identifies and reports Untoward Incidents.
* Assists Program Supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the IRA, supervises direct care staff; assumes responsibilities of the supervisor in his/her absence.
Qualifications
* Bachelors/Associates and one (1) year experience or HS diploma and two (2) years related experience.
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to use personal vehicle for transporting consumers.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
* Subject matter expert for Item Processing.
* Processes NSF’s and non-post items, chargeback items, large dollar item verification, address changes, dormant account release requests, and stop payments in a timely manner.
* Process legal matters such as: Tax Levies, Garnishments, Freezes, Subpoenas, and Summons.
* Prepare adjustment such as encoding errors, duplicate presentments, and fraudulent items.
* Process collection items, verification of deposit and return mail processing.
* Performs document administration and management tasks to file, safe keep, image, and audit documents.
* Prepares appropriate customer correspondence and notices.
* Takes ownership of problem resolution on deposit products and services, identifying the issue, resolving, and following up with customer to ensure satisfaction.
* Assists with reviewing, processing, and performing daily operational duties including workflows.
* Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of bank products, services, department procedures and policies, and regulations to ensure accurate handling of inquiries.
* Cross-trains to perform other functions and duties assigned in Deposit Operations.
* Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required:
* 5+ years’ experience in a financial institution required, preferably in a back-office operations or card services area.
* Basic knowledge of accounting, balancing principals, and bank operations.
* Demonstrated technology skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Initiative and accuracy required, as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements and risk operations to minimize/eliminate potential loss.
* Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
* Time management skills, ability to multi-task.

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

The Behavioral Health (BH) clinician provides comprehensive behavioral health services to care for patients with medical and behavioral issues in the primary care environment.
