CONTEXTE
Dans le cadre de la création d'un pôle Développement RH " Talent Management et développement des savoir-faire ", Hermès Manufacture de Métaux recherche un(e) alternant(e) Chargé de Projets Développement RH (H/F).
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Talents et Savoir-Faire, vous travaillerez autour du déploiement de la politique de développement RH.
Alternance de 12 mois à pourvoir pour Septembre 2026.
Localisation : Val de Fontenay (94)
MISSIONS
* Concevoir et mettre en œuvre le plan de formation de HMM :
+ préparer, lancer et animer les campagnes d'entretiens professionnels à l'échelle du groupe et recueillir les souhaits de formation pour l'entité siège HMM (60 personnes).
+ consolider les besoins, arbitrer, chiffrer et valider le plan de développement dans le respect du cadre budgétaire de HMM,
+ déployer le plan selon la nature des actions de formation, gestion administrative, logistique et financière de la formation.
* Valoriser le Learning Management System (LMS) auprès de collaborateurs en communiquant régulièrement sur les modules de formation disponibles sur la plateforme " My Campus ".
* Contribuer au projet transverse de transmission du Savoir-Faire polissage.
* Piloter le dispositif d'intégration " De l'or dans les doigts " : organiser et participer à l'animation des programmes d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
* Participer au suivi du plan de développement des talents
* Participer activement au plan de conduite du changement dans le cadre du déploiement d'un SIRH
PROFIL
* De formation supérieure Bac+5, vous avez déjà une première expérience en entreprise et vous souhaitez approfondir votre connaissance des RH généralistes.
* Vous vous accomplissez dans la relation humaine et aimez évoluer dans un environnement très vivant et qualitatif.

Contexte
Au sein de la DSI Groupe Hermès, le Data Office & Services (DOS) pilote la gouvernance, la structuration du patrimoine de données de la Maison et les usages associés.
Dans ce cadre, l'équipe Data Foundations & Assets a pour mission de construire le socle permettant de garantir une donnée cohérente, fiable et durable, au service des métiers et des transformations de l'entreprise.
Pour accompagner la montée en puissance de ce dispositif structurant, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) capable de contribuer à structurer, analyser et valoriser le cadre Enterprise Data Model au service de la transformation de la Maison.
Les missions
Au sein de l'équipe Enterprise Data Model, l'alternant(e) contribuera à rendre ce cadre plus lisible, plus mesurable et plus intégré dans les projets de transformation.
Son rôle sera à la fois analytique, structurant et pédagogique.
L'alternant(e) participera notamment à :
* Suivre la couverture et l'avancement de la modélisation des objets métiers
* Analyser les dépendances entre objets métiers, processus et systèmes d'information
* Identifier les zones de risque ou d'incohérence dans la structuration des données
* Contribuer à la mise en place d'indicateurs permettant de piloter la maturité du dispositif
* Participer à la formalisation et à la diffusion du langage commun autour de la donnée
Activités principales
Pilotage & Analyses
L'alternant(e) contribuera à mettre en place et maintenir des indicateurs permettant de suivre la structuration du patrimoine de données.
Ces analyses permettront d'identifier les zones de couverture, les manques et les priorités de structuration.
Adoption et communication
Une dimension importante du poste consiste à rendre les concepts et travaux de l'équipe plus lisibles pour les différents acteurs de l'entreprise.
L'alternant(e) contribuera notamment à :
* Produire des supports pédagogiques et synthétiques
* Formaliser des visualisations permettant de mieux comprendre les dépendances entre données, processus et systèmes
* Participer à la préparation de comités ou d'instances de gouvernance
* Aider à diffuser le langage commun autour de la donnée auprès des équipes métiers et IT
L'enjeu est d'accompagner l'appropriation du cadre Enterprise Data Model par l'ensemble de l'organisation.
Structuration et consolidation
L'alternant(e) participera à la consolidation et à l'organisation de plusieurs référentiels structurants :
* Catalogue des objets métiers
* Mapping entre objets métiers et systèmes d'information
* Identification des rôles data (owners, stewards)
* Structuration des métadonnées métier
L'objectif est de contribuer à transformer ces référentiels en véritables outils de pilotage.

Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie regroupe l'ensemble des activités de création, développement et production des collections de maroquinerie de la Maison Hermès, sacs et bagages, agendas et petite maroquinerie, mais également Equitation (sellerie et briderie).
HMS compte près de 7000 collaborateurs répartis entre les Services Centraux et les pôles Maroquiniers en région.
Dimensions du poste
Pour accompagner sa croissance, HMS a mis en place depuis 2020 les Ecoles Hermès des Savoir-Faire (EHSF).
Basées dans chaque pôle de fabrication, les EHSF ont pour vocation de dispenser les formations initiales & continues aux équipes d'artisans intervenant dans les processus de fabrication de nos objets de maroquinerie.
Après une première phase de mise en place, les enjeux des EHSF sont aujourd'hui autour de la cohérence des processus pédagogiques, opérationnels & administratifs.
Finalité du poste
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez rattaché(e) au Chargé de Gestion Financière de l'École Hermès des savoir ‑ faire.
Vous participerez activement au développement de l'activité de formation en contribuant à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion, dans une dynamique d'efficacité et de structuration.
Principales activités :
Gestion courante et facturation :
* Assurer le contrôle de la réalisation des prestations de formation,
* Vérifier la concordance des données entre l'ERP et l'outil de BI,
* Etablir les factures à destination de nos financeurs,
* Générer et transférer les écritures comptables de facturation vers l'ERP comptable,
* Suivre le recouvrement des factures émises,
* Suivre l'activité, comparer et analyser les écarts avec le budget,
* Mettre à jour et suivre le budget de trésorerie.
Clôtures comptables et élaboration budgétaire :
* Contrôler les affectations analytiques des achats et des notes de frais,
* Participer à l'élaboration budgétaire,
* Participer aux analyses de gestion et audits ponctuels (demande d'investissement, demande de subvention, demandes des CAC, etc...),
* Participer aux clôtures comptables.
Amélioration continue :
* Contribuer à l'optimisation permanente des processus de facturation,

* Participer à l'amélioration de notre outil de suivi opérationnel sous Power BI,
