The Ideal Background:
* Experience with aerial devices, digger derricks, chippers, cranes; or construction, mining, farm equipment such as excavators, skid steers, dozers or tractors; aircraft and aerospace or ground support equipment (AGE/GSE) or similar

The Job:

Common barriers to Families accessing services are removed in the MST model

* Phone support is available to them 24/7 as they implement challenging interventions; therapists are available to families during the week and rotate on call coverage on weekend
