As a systems integration analyst you will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and managing the configuration of new software application solutions into Cayenta’s existing ERP software.
You will be responsible to support customer requirements by determining systemic needs, recommending changes, implementing new integration solutions, and instructing users about the new interface.
Working closely with our Project Managers, you will interact with our customers on-line and over the phone to ensure customer satisfaction, and that our products and services are delivered according to Cayenta methodology.
The successful candidate will be part of the Business Intelligence Services team, and report to the Manager of BI Services.

The Intellectual Property (“IP”) Docketing Specialist maintains the global IP docketing database or calendar for Elanco’s patents and trademarks. An IP docket is a highly technical calendar and database that keeps track of documents and deadlines associated with Elanco’s IP portfolio. What you'll do on a typical day:
* Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
* Review workload and assign tasks to employees

* Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
* 1 year of experience as a supervisor

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good, safe working order
* Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on various manufacturing and packing equipment and electrical panels
* Perform necessary preventive maintenance in a timely manner
* Maintain documentation of preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages and other projects
* Handle and keep a supply of spare parts inventory
* Make sure that equipment is started properly at the beginning of the shift

* Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, drives, motors, bearings, conveyor systems preventative maintenance and repair, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and operator interfaces, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), HVAC systems and controls
