Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Experience using reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and failure analysis techniques and software tools eg: FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis, CMMS

Job Purpose/ Summary: This position is responsible for selling the full range of Real-World Evidence (RWE) services at CTI and will lead the identification and development of new opportunities for the RWE Organization.
This includes a broad range of study types including Phase IIIb/IV studies as well as Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and cultivating new clients and serving as a client manager for existing clients, specific to RWE.
The ideal candidate will be able to proactively initiate RWE consultative discussions with key decision makers and influencers within pharma and biotechs to identify opportunities for CTI RWE.

* Develop and implement specific RWE strategies to drive awareness, lead generation and opportunity identification
* Attend conferences as a representative of CTI and meet with prospective clients also in attendance

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and airworthiness of the company's Challenger fleet, while supporting other company-owned fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft as needed.
