SUMMARY
The Clinical Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Lead Lead provides strategic leadership and subject-matter expertise in integrating evidence-based nutrition care practices into a value-based nephrology care model.
In a centralized, non-patient-facing role, the Lead advances medical nutrition therapy (MNT) strategies, oversees program design, and champions population health initiatives for individuals with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
