Vos missions
Encadré(e) par une vidéaste expérimentée, vous contribuerez à toutes les étapes de production :
Tournage & captation
- Préparation du matériel (caméras, micros, lumières, prompteur)
- Participation aux tournages (formats variés : interviews, présentations face caméra)
- Assistance technique lors d'événements internes
Montage & post-production
- Sélection et assemblage des rushs
- Intégration d'éléments graphiques selon la charte Schneider Electric
- Étalonnage, mixage audio, sous-titrage
Création & réflexion
- Participation à la conception de formats vidéo
- Veille sur les tendances visuelles et éditoriales
Compétences techniques
- Première expérience ou forte motivation à apprendre :
- Adobe Premiere Pro (essentiel)
- After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve (un plus)
- Connaissances en :
- Techniques de tournage (cadre, lumière, son)
- Formats vidéo pour le web et les réseaux sociaux

Position Summary:
The Floating Transition Manager serves as a key support resource for the Multifamily Operations team.
This role is responsible for upholding operational excellence across properties by conducting property visits, ensuring consistency, supporting new initiatives, and standardizing processes during transitions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and third-party onboarding.
