The Operations Technology (OT) Regional resource will provide enterprise architecture expertise concerning manufacturing IT and process control infrastructure.
Candidate will be focused on practical implementation of enterprise manufacturing standards for security and architecture, consulting with clients as central technical experts to find solutions to problems in the areas of control systems architecture, infrastructure design, and cybersecurity.
The candidate will partner with the OT team members, engineering, and process control resources to define/implement manufacturing security and architectural standards and best practices.

The SCADA team collaborates with other business units through the full lifecycle of the project to develop creative solutions, utilizing new and existing technology, that meet customer requirements.
What You Will Do
* Direct and coordinate SCADA requests for proposals, proposal review, design, procurement, scheduling, coordination, and budget
* Manage all aspects for project execution including scheduling management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, and customer relations
* Coordinate scheduled with SCADA suppliers, customers, and the Commissioning team to ensure milestones are achieved
* Maintain project documentation related to contract administration, schedule and budgets, project risk, and lessons learned
* Create estimates for the SCADA portion of the EPC contract and communicate and coordinate with the Estimating team to ensure the SCADA budget reflects compliance with the EPC specification
* Define project baseline, scope, resource allocation, and deliverables
* Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
* Proactively manage project scope, identify critical variables, and devise contingency plans
* Identify and assist with developing process improvements
* NERC, FERC, and asset management compliance
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Technical Project Management experience
* Knowledge of project management software and tools (Microsoft Projects, etc.)
* Ability to write technical reports and present them to clients and client's engineers
* Experience writing and negotiating contracts
* Experience managing HMI/SCADA projects
What Will Put You Ahead
* Project Management Professional Certification
* Certification on Inductive Automation's Ignition platform
* Experience designing computer networking
* Knowledge of Cyber Security foundations and standards for industrial applications
