Position Summary
ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc.
is seeking a Service Technician & Mechanic – Mobile Crane Road Technician.
Hands-on experience with cranes and lift equipment is a big plus.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.
This position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bon us of $300 after 100 days of continuous service.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, assembly and disassembly of mobile cranes
* Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
* Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
* Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers
* Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
* Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
* Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
* Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
* Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background
* Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools
* Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
* Able to lift 50 lbs
Manufacturer’s training will be an integral part of this position.
Applicant must be willing to learn new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems, follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry, and remain certified within the various portions of our field such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.

The Technical Support Specialist (Internal Technician Trainer) represents Nuss Truck and Equipment dealership group promoting a high-quality product with a consistent and supportive environment for Nuss employees and customers.
The position will primarily be supporting Nuss Service Technicians with technical information and diagnostic guidance. The position will be based centrally located within the Nuss dealership group / Minnesota metro area.
Responsibilities :
* Develop positive relationships and trust within the dealership leadership, all levels of Service Technicians, customers, Mack/Volvo and other supplier staff.
* Provide repair information, diagnostic guidance and high-quality problem resolution to Nuss service staff.
* Provide Nuss service staff with hands on technical training & paths to Master certification.
* Develop, manage and host training events (teach) in a classroom setting as needed to ensure positive success for NTE technicians.
