Position Summary
The Manufacturing Plant Manager will lead the Goodyear Modular Data Center facility, overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, logistics, engineering, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
This role is critical in driving operational excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order and design build environment.
This includes planning, forecasting, executing, and testing Modular Data Centers.

Au sein de l'équipe AI Technology, nous recrutons un-e stagiaire Product Owner pour rejoindre l'équipe Product Management & Partenariats technologiques et travailler avec nous à rendre notre organisation efficace et durable.
Vos missions :
* Transformation des Pratiques PO & équipes IA
+ Identifier les opportunités d'intégration de l'IA dans les workflows : priorisation, backlog refinement, user story mapping, développement de cas d'usage, etc.
+ Co-animer des sessions de prototypage collaboratif rapide avec les équipes produit et techniques pour tester des outils ou méthodes augmentées par l'IA.
+ Participer à la gestion du backlog de la plateforme IA : rédaction d'epics, user stories, documentation produit.
+ Proposer un cadre de transformation des pratiques PO et projet IA intégrant IA, frugalité, et collaboration augmentée.
* Site et contenus de formation sur la plateforme IA
+ Faciliter la mise à jour et l'enrichissement du site et des contenus de formation de la plateforme IA
+ Intégrer les apports de l'IA et les retours utilisateurs, afin d'améliorer les pratiques et processus associés à la mise à jour des contenus, et transformer l'approche de formation
Votre profil :
* Vous terminez un diplôme bac + 4/5 de type Master en école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en Product Mnaagement, transformation digitale ou IA.
* Intérêt marqué pour les pratiques agiles, le design thinking, et les technologies IA.
* Connaissance ou curiosité pour le prototypage rapide, le no-code/low-code, et les environnements collaboratifs (Miro, Figma, Power Apps...).
* Appétence pour la communication claire et engageante, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
* Capacité à analyser des processus, à proposer des améliorations concrètes, et à travailler en équipe dans un environnement complexe.
* Anglais et français courant

* Cooperate with PM to implement promotion campaign toward customers.
Lead or cooperate with team and to execute assigned Push, pull actions.
Channel development
* Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type.
Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers.
Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.
Market intelligence
* Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,...
) to report to Manager and PM and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation
Order/Sales reporting, forecast
* Rolling forecast for order/sales.
Commitment to ensure that forecast are tracked and monitored sufficiently
AR management
* Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company's expectation
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* BS Electrical Engineering grade or equivalent or Business course.
* At least 2-year of Sales experience in distributions in a related industry or in a different segment but with strong will to learn and adapt in the electrical market.
* Business Understanding:
+ Good understanding on account management and coverage, distribution, and merchandising.
+ With entrepreneurial mindset, a business developer and with strong appetite for growth
+ Others (e.g.
language skills, technical skills)
+ Written and verbal English communication skills
+ Proficient in MS Office applications.
