Dans un environnement dynamique et challengeant, la Direction du Développement Opérationnel recherche un Business Analyste rattaché au responsable de la performance et planification commerciales.
Intégré(e) à l'équipe Direction du Développement Opérationnel, le Business Analyste est en charge du suivi de la performance commerciale et des projections de ventes à Moyen et Long terme du segment Bijouterie qui lui est attribué, et prendra part aux différents projets de développement de l'activité sur la division Bijouterie.
Elle/il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Métier : Responsables de Zones, Planification, Collection, Service aux Clients pour renforcer la transversalité de l'activité, du Produit aux Marchés.
Principales activités:
A ce titre, les principales missions sont :
1/ Analyses & Reporting
* Analyse régulières (hebdomadaires et mensuelles) de la performance commerciale pour différentes zones/pays, familles de produits, et types de point de vente.
* Analyse des KPIs (ventes, stocks, commandes, sell-through) pour chaque zone géographique et par Modèle Supply Chain (Permanents, Réassorts et Nouveautés) et diffusion aux collaborateurs du métier.
* Préparation des réunions mensuelles à destination des autres départements du Métier (équipe Collection, Supply Chain, Commerciales, Finance) : analyse et synthèse de la performance des nouveautés par ligne et par pays, création d'un support de présentation Power Point et présentation aux équipes concernées.
* Préparation et animation des réunions de pilotage de la performance ; partage de la performance des nouveautés/réassort/permanents.
* Etudes analytiques ad hoc selon les besoins : performances de ventes, référencement réseau, analyses CRM, analyse des stocks, etc
2/ Projets d'amélioration continue
* Participation aux réflexions sur l'analyse de nouveaux indicateurs de performance et l'optimisation des process existants.
* Participation à l'optimisation des dashboards en accompagnant la transition sous PowerBI et Power Query.
* Développement de nouveaux dashboards selon les besoins
3/ Sessions d'Achats
* Préparation des outils de support aux marchés
* Participation aux sessions d'achats : présentation des nouveautés aux acheteurs.
