* Accepts various donations from donors, provides donation tax receipts and records number of donors.

Identifies good quality merchandise and prices accordingly.

Project Controls Specialist V Overview
Job Summary:
KeyLogic is actively seeking Project Controls Specialist Level V personnel as part of our staff augmentation team supporting the Department of Energy at the Y‑12 National Security Complex located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
U.S.
Citizenship is required.
Successful candidates will be employees of KeyLogic, a premier government contractor charged with employing highly motivated and well-qualified personnel who can advance Y-12's core mission to ensure a safe, secure, and reliable U.S.
nuclear deterrent, which is essential to national security.
Though employed by KeyLogic, the employee will take day-to-day direction and assignments from Y-12 staff employed directly by the security complex.

* Utilizes Primavera P6 to develop, update, and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, deliverables, and resource availability.
* Performs comprehensive cost analysis to monitor project expenses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget adherence.
* Implements effective cost control measures to mitigate risks and optimize project financial performance.Conducts earned value analysis to assess project progress, forecast future performance, and generate accurate reports for stakeholders.
* Collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project data, identify potential issues, and develop proactive solutions.
* Provides timely and insightful reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of concern.
* Continuously evaluate project controls processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
* Supports project teams in implementing project controls best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Acts as a subject matter expert on project controls methodologies, tools, and techniques, providing guidance and training to project team members as needed.

Job Summary:
This position will provide support to ORNL organizations to ensure the planning, cost maintenance, and executing of various project schedule goals and objectives.
This is a senior level position supporting the project controls efforts on either a large-scale scientific research & development project or large scientific instrument project.

* Work with the project controls lead and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain:
* Project work breakdown structure (WBS) and dictionary.
* Summary and detailed, logic driven, resource loaded schedules.
