Claims Analyst - Team Lead
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the technical development and support for a team of claim processors:
* Provides support for questions; timely, efficient, accurate responses
* Supports, educates and reinforces the consistent claim process flow
* Provides individual and/or group coaching and development
* Facilitation of training delivery for specified current and/or new information
* Supports the Service Quality Review Meeting (SQRM) process for trends and root cause identification; provides backup support to auditor
* Supports and drives process improvement to further enhance claim accuracy outcomes

Essential Functions:
- Process customer payments according to company policy.
- Follow the branch collection strategy in monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, skipped invoices and partial payments.
- Provide regular communication to management regarding status of account collections.
- Maintain a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
- Complete monthly and quarterly closing statement processes and create reports.
- Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, mail or in person to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts as approved by the Office Manager.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
