Maximus is seeking a Clinical Review Coordinator - LPN to support the Illinois SALT (Screening Assessment for Long Term Settings) program.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing Level I PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) screenings, which include reviewing intake submissions, verifying clinical details, and ensuring documentation accuracy in accordance with program requirements and state guidelines.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding clinical integrity and compliance standards.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor to meet program needs.
About The Program: We have contracted with the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) to manage the assessment process for Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Level I screens and completing Level II Serious Mental Illness (SMI) evaluations for individuals applying to, or residing in, Medicaid-certified nursing facilities.
