JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Donation Services is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers (ADC).
The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customers’ timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer’s vehicle or other area.
Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Tracks and reports on donation levels daily to ensure trailers do not become over stocked when working in remote donation center locations.
* Timely communication when donation warehouse and/or trailer(s) are becoming full and a truck is needed.

* Assist drivers in loading and unloading donations onto the truck when necessary.
