We are seeking a Mill Mechanical Technician Assistant to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado.
The Mill Mechanical Technician (MMT) Assistant will provide all necessary mechanical maintenance to all areas of the Mill in a safe and efficient manner. This position reports to the Superintendent of Maintenance.
* Serve the function(s) of a Boilermaker, Millwright, Pipefitter, and Welder
* Complete the RMSM training program to become skilled in all four of the crafts mentioned above
* Troubleshoot, repair, dismantle, assemble and install a variety of equipment throughout the mill
* Work with prints and drawings, machines, production and mobile equipment, structures, systems and other tools as appropriate
* Observe lockout procedures
* Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
* Perform routine maintenance and assisting Maintenance personnel
* Operate overhead cranes as needed
* Work in both inside and outside environmental conditions, while exposed to elevated noise levels, vibrations, extreme cold and heat; conditions which require use of a respirator or dust mask; in close proximity to moving parts, electrical currents; working on scaffolding and high places; exposure to natural gas, high heat, hot surfaces, molten metal, chemicals, oils and lubricants
* Operation of overhead cranes
* Attend courses and assessments to become skilled in one of the three crafts, as defined by the training program
* Obtain and maintain OSHA 10 and equipment certifications, as required
Requirements
* Associates Degree or 2 years of experience in applicable field
* Valid Colorado's license and mobile equipment qualification
* Strong troubleshooting, repair and installation skills
* Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your time when given multiple tasks
* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel
* Physical ability to climb, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, make repetitive motions, hear, etc. and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Le conseiller en implantation a pour principales responsabilités de mener à terme des projets liés à l’intégration de notre système informatique en clientèle.
Vous serez non seulement en charge de la formation des utilisateurs, de la conversion des données et des configurations du logiciel mais aussi vous guiderez d’abord le client à travers l’analyse de ses besoins logiciels afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des systèmes.
Tâches :
* Recueillir les pedigree de l’entreprise

* Préparer des documents pédagogiques relatifs à l’implantation
* Créer d’un échéancier de projet
* Préparer le plan de formation avec les devoirs clients et envoyer les demandes de rencontres récurrentes
* Convertir les données du système actuel vers Ogasys
* Procéder à la configuration du logiciel basé sur les besoins du client
* Former les super-utilisateurs en magasin
* Être présent et disponible lors du démarrage soit en présentiel ou en virtuel.
* Effectuer le suivi des devoirs du clients
* Préparer le client à sa phase de tests
* Participer à la purge transactionnelle des données avec l’équipe de programmation
* Assister le client tout au long de son implantation
Compétences :
* Savoir gérer plus d’un projet à la fois.
* Connaissance en comptabilité, un atout pour simplifier l’apprentissage
* Accepter les horaires variables en fonctions du fuseau horaire du client (BC versus Atlantique)
* Une connaissance avancé de l’anglais est nécessaire, car nous avons des clients, des partenaires et fournisseurs anglophones, majoritairement au Canada anglais et le titulaire du poste aura à communiquer dans cette langue régulièrement.
