The Capabilities, Analysis and Development (CAD) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc.
(ARA) has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional WMD Mechanical Engineer with experience in manufacturing/production systems.
As part of the Counter-WMD Analysis Cell (CWAC), our tightly knit and highly focused team conducts detailed technical analyses of foreign, WMD-related industrial facilities, processes, and equipment using multiple intelligence sources, analytical tools, and engineering know-how.
We also support a multi-disciplined team that performs Research & Development on technological applications for detecting, identifying, characterizing, modeling, and defeating WMD threats to support tactical and strategic planning efforts.
In short, our CWAC team provides direct support to elements of the Intelligence Community, Combatant Command planning staffs, and operational units tasked with solving the most difficult problems involving the most dangerous weapons threatening the United States and its allies.
The work is challenging, dynamic, relevant, and important to the security of the country.
Essential Functions:
* Identify and characterize critical design elements of WMD-related facilities, processes, and equipment.
* Integrate an understanding of mechanical systems with industrial production processes to identify design flaws, capability limits, and potential failure mechanisms.
* Support exercises that test and/or demonstrate new technologies, methodologies, and analytical tools that are under development.
* Produce clearly written technical analyses and briefings at levels comprehensible to an audience ranging anywhere from the layperson to senior-level government representatives, to subject matter experts.
* Share expertise with junior counterparts.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree

Components of these assessments include but are not limited to examining telecommunications (e.g., video, voice and data, commercial and military) and cyber space operations (e.g., computer networks, IA tools use, operations security).
Cyber assessment teams may be deployed to high-threat but permissive environments anywhere in the world.
Each team can support up to 10 assessments per year that range from one to six weeks in duration, from start to submission.
Required Qualifications:

This role is responsible to support country sales teams win more business on EAE (EcoStruxure Automation Expert)and support customers through their entire project development cycle using EAE.
What You Will Do
* Work with the commercial teams on the achievement of EAE goals (orders, volume, profile of the projects and customers).
* Managing Customer satisfaction through all phases of the project.
* Report KPI's to the global team (data, dashboard, risks, enhancements, bugs)
• Animate workshops to promote EAE features and functions, and ensure customers understand how to design, organize, and execute code on EAE.
• Implement and test performance of customers' architectures to demonstrate performance and reduce risks.
This includes going to site to support customers and our sales teams as needed.
• Develop key libraries elements (CATs) to support customer projects and ensure their satisfactions (ease of use of EAE).
• Support customer project execution and guide customers through the implementation phase.
• Ensure a consistent feedback loop with global EAE development team as the voice of the customer and the country.
• Support, develop and train System Integrators in the region to be execution partners on EAE.
• Personalize UVP/storytelling to customer use-case i.e., create technical demos to answer customer's pain points and address their sub-segment requirements.
• Support the customer and or System Integrator on the successful execution of any EAE project.
Here's What We Are Looking For

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales in Industrial Automation or Industrial Software portfolios
+ Must have experience of launching new products and offerings into the market.
+ Solution selling through a consultative approach is essential to this role.
+ Be well versed on IIOT and the convergence between IT and OT
+ Must be able to deploy consultative selling techniques.
+ Experience in working with strategic partners and distributor channels.
+ Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills
