Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Lending, the Commercial Relationship Manager II is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial business relationships with credit and deposit needs of $500K or more, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the member base and generating new deposits.
* Source and originate new commercial loans meeting credit quality standards. Also ensuring compliance with credit union lending policies and regulations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial members, act as primary point of contact.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of accounts, providing recommendations for financial products and services (i.e.
cash management, deposit, and investment).
* Manage and grow loan portfolio and conduct timely loan reviews and renewals.
Ongoing advisor to portfolio of loans, including monitoring performance and identifying potential issues.

CPR certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Experience in SNF/LTC a plus!
Rate Range: $18-$25
Possible pay increase after 60 days for no call offs
