Job Summary
The Senior Estimator operates with minimal oversight on preconstruction teams, frequently serving as the principal point of contact with the design team and the owner.
Senior estimators are capable of leading all types of project delivery methods and have demonstrated competence in basic and advanced estimating functions.
Senior Estimators are knowledgeable regarding cost for all work elements including mechanical and electrical systems and prepare conceptual estimates, general conditions, and logistics plans that require minimal review by senior staff.
Sr.
Estimators will also provide training and mentoring to estimators on staff.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Capably performs basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work (including mechanical and electrical scopes), and abstracting (including the development and analysis of trade bids).
2.
Develops conceptual estimates for review by senior personnel.
3.
For projects where third party consultants are involved, provide justification and reconciliation of Sundt estimates.
4.
Leads the preparation of estimating documents/deliverables with minimal oversight from Senior personnel, to include budget uploads, purchasing plans, subcontracts, purchase orders, General Conditions and project logistics.
5.
Performs advanced estimating tasks to include serving as the prime point of contact for hard bid pursuits, coordinating constructability reviews, and applying appropriate indirect costs including insurance, taxes, and fees.
6.
Provide coordination with operations to ensure a reasonable plan (schedule, logistics, staffing) has been developed.
7.
Provides feedback to design team regarding cost and constructability.
Minimum Job Requirements
1.
Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
2.
Ideal candidates will have project experience in one or more key market sectors identified by the business unit.
3.
Preferred candidates will have obtained their LEED accreditation and DBIA certification, or express willingness to obtain.
4.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
5.
Successful history executing projects as the prime point of contact with minimal oversight for project teams.
6.
Ten or more years of experience in an estimating role.

Organizational Expectations:
The Real Estate Services Group (RESG) Building Automation System (BAS) Coordinator will work with RESG management, internal IT, vendors, contractors, commissioning agents, and other resources to install, program, functionally test, optimize and validate building automation systems in a 24x7 facility.
The BAS Coordinator will be the subject matter expert on the Bank's automation systems, including industrial control systems with an emphasis on HVAC systems.
General Responsibilities:
* Oversee and troubleshoot BAS hardware and software in collaboration with RESG operations and vendors. This may include but is not limited to scoping, scheduling, and coordinating any maintenance or improvements to the system.
* Oversee functionality and maintenance of the Bank’s lighting control system and integration into the Bank BAS system.
* Review and analyze operational and energy trend data to ensure the Bank's systems are operating efficiently.
* Represents the Operations team on capital and expense projects in varying size and scope to ensure the Bank's building automation systems are installed, programmed, and integrated according to Bank standards.
Attends design and construction meetings, reviews engineered drawings and provides comments, reviews HVAC controls and other control system submittals, performs construction inspections and develop punch lists.
* Supports 3rd party commissioning of all new capital projects.
Provides input to the projects team to ensure issues are properly addressed.
* Supports the Bank's operations team with software and hardware upgrades, certificate and license management, and audit tasks related to the building automation systems.

Au sein de la Direction Métiers Maroquinerie et Sellerie, le Pôle SI Fabrication HMS gère l'ensemble des projets Informatiques des maroquineries du groupe HERMES.
Il est garant du bon fonctionnement de différents systèmes tout au long de leur vie et d'accompagner les changements nécessaires remontés par les équipes métiers.
Le Pôle a lancé en 2025 un grand projet de transformation qui va s'étendre jusqu'en 2029 avec un premier site pilote en début 2027.
Ce projet consiste à remplacer une solution existante de MES (Manufacturing Execution System) et à élargir les fonctionnalités couvertes actuellement.
En tant qu'Assistant Chef de Projet Gestion MES, vous serez au cœur de la construction de la solution et de son déploiement sur les différents sites de fabrication.
Activités principales :
* Créer la documentation technico-fonctionnelle de référence (Master data, profils/droits, matériel) pour standardiser les déploiements MES sur l'ensemble des sites.
* Formaliser la liste exhaustive des prérequis par site (reprise de données, ressources, matériel, infrastructure, formation) en coordination avec les équipes métier et éditeur/intégrateur.
* Enrichir et maintenir les jeux de données de formation pour garantir des sessions réalistes et cohérentes.
* Travailler avec l'équipe projet sur le site pilote pour identifier les paramétrages à standardiser.
