Vos missions seront les suivantes :
PRINCIPALES :
* Intégrer et créer les commandes de son portefeuille de clients dans l'outil transactionnel (ERP M3) (les commandes peuvent être de plusieurs ordres : implantation de nouveautés en lancement, réassort périodique, articles promotionnels)
* S'assurer de la justesse et de la véracité des informations produits / disponibilité stock / client
* Garantir le respect du rétroplanning en place pour le client (mise en préparation / transport / livraison à destination) afin d'en garantir nos engagements de délai
* Garantir le respect des conditions administratives et légales de la livraison (liasse documentaire en règle, respect de l'incoterm négocié)
* Mettre tout en oeuvre pour régler en temps et en heure les litiges avec ses clients (transports, préparation, tarification, retour, avoirs)
TRANSVERSES :
* Respecter en tout point les aspects légaux et de process internes (validation et autorisation, liasse documentaire, blocage compta client, ...)
* Participer aux ateliers d'amélioration continue des process et des modes opératoires techniques
* Assurer le degré d'informations nécessaire vers les clients internes et externes entre autres quant à la disponibilité des produits, les retards de livraison, les litiges, afin d'assurer en quasi temps réel une visibilité du flux.
Nota Bene :
En fonction du planning de l'alternance, l'étudiant/e sera amené/e à assurer le back-up des différents gestionnaires de l'équipe sur les différentes zones géographiques (Europe / Moyen-Orient / Asie / Amériques).

Le Chef de Fabrication est un véritable chef d'orchestre : il supervise la conception technique des différents outils de communication et assure la mise en œuvre des étapes nécessaires de la création jusqu'à l'impression.

A typical day at IWG
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
Customers arrive all throughout the morning.
One asks you for a changed WiFi code.
Another wants to know if his important package has arrived.
A woman needs directions to her meeting room… and can you help her set up the projector and show her where to find a great cup of coffee. You’re off to help her get set-up, as soon as you connect the incoming call to another customer.

You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center.
