These are daytime, full-time positions.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.
Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business.

The Senior Claim Examiner role, under an appropriate level of direction from the manager, investigates, evaluates, and resolves Professional Liability and Employment Practices Liability claims while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and work with the insured, broker, and counsel in the adjustment of Professional Liability Claims.
* Identify and evaluate coverage issues, prepare comprehensive coverage letters and analysis.
