Purpose of Classification:

La risorsa, riportando all’Head of Group Compliance, nell’ambito di un team composto anche da un’altra risorsa più senior, si interfaccerà con le varie funzioni aziendali per offrire supporto in ambito Compliance.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
* supportare nella gestione delle tematiche Compliance day-by-day richieste dalle varie funzioni aziendali;
* supportare nel monitoraggio interno delle remediation compliance per le tematiche Data Protection, manutenendo e aggiornando il piano di monitoraggio interno e coordinandosi con le varie funzioni coinvolte;
* fungere da punto di contatto interno per la gestione del registro del trattamento a livello di gruppo, anche mediante la gestione del tool interno;
* supportare e assicurare il rispetto delle politiche aziendali (policy e procedure di gruppo), mediante un approccio trasversale a tutta l’organizzazione;
* offrire assistenza, in coordinamento con la funzione Legal, nella revisione delle bozze contrattuali in particolare per le clausole compliance e i data processing agreement ex art.

* supportare nel processo di qualifica dei fornitori e nella valutazione dei requisiti compliance dei vari progetti aziendali;

What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Ombudsman is MTM’s designated member advocate responsible for investigating issues and working towards resolution for all residents in the assigned region in accordance with client requirements and MTM policies and procedures.
The Ombudsman partners with advocacy groups, other local and State Ombudsman, and providers while acting as a resource to assist members whose issues may exceed MTM contract requirements
* Develop and implement the Ombudsman Program for the assigned region, based on the contract requirements; communicating full extent of newly created program
