As a Molding Process Engineer, you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of the Molding Process (ex.
Tooling Trials, Coordinating Tool Changes, Mentoring Technicians) to produce quality molded parts.

What You Will Do
* Maintain 6S Standards, shift scrap goals, tool change goals and OEE goals
* Complete yield improvement projects
* Participate in design review meetings on new awarded tooling and provide feedback to the corporate tooling team
* Participate in mold flow reviews and provide detailed solutions to potential processing concerns
* Participate in tooling trials on new molds
* Create processes for incoming molds
* Train, Mentor and coach all technicians on technical skills
* Coordinate tool changes & shift priorities
* Maintain uptime of all presses scheduled
* Answer press calls for downtime, scrap, and tool cleanings
* Approach each problem using scientific molding methodology
* Complete tool change set ups as needed

The Manger, Mechanical Integrity is responsible for implementing the Facility Mechanical Integrity Program in Houston Texas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for implementing the Facility Mechanical Integrity Program Houston, Texas (PSM facilities to 29 CFR 1910.119(j) and USCG facilities to 33 CFR 127).
* Maintain the Mechanical Integrity Inspection databases.
* Generate yearly site-specific Mechanical Integrity budgetary estimates and projected work scopes.
* Manage Mechanical Integrity inspection contractors, to include QA/QC of inspection documentation.
* Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance for testing and repair of fixed equipment and piping.
* Provide technical support for piping and fixed equipment failure analysis.
* Incorporate new fixed assets into the Mechanical Integrity Program.
* Review and approve repair procedures for piping and fixed equipment.
* Stay current with regulations, industry standards, inspection and repair methods, and applicable technologies.
* Provide technical input on corporate due diligence efforts.
* Provide technical support to Operations for Federal and State regulatory audits
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma, API 510 and API 570 Certifications.
* Minimum of 15 years industry experience in processing plant inspection and technical support.
* Minimum 5 years 5 as a Chief Inspector with proven experience managing contract inspection workforces providing "run and maintain" and turnaround inspection services.
* Excellent communications skills and computer skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Working knowledge of the Federal and State regulations affecting piping and fixed equipment including Process Safety Management (PSM) and USCG facilities inspection requirements.
* Technical knowledge and practical working experience in time and condition based inspection processes, non-destructive testing (NDT) method selection, and piping and vessel defect assessment and repair.
* Candidate should be well versed in the API-510, API-570, API-579, ASTM specifications, ASME Section VIII Div.
1, ASME B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8.
* Working knowledge of corrosion issues, damage mechanisms and corrosion phenomena occurring in equipment and piping in mid-stream operating environments.
* Proven ability to plan, implement, monitor and control a mechanical integrity program encompassing a large number of fixed equipment assets over a wide geographic area. Proven ability to manage inspection contractors in their performance of work.
* Occasional requirement to work at the job site during the conduct of external and internal inspections of pressure equipment.
* BSME, ASNT NDE Certifications in VT, MT, PT, UT, RT
* Working experience with PCMS inspection data management software.

Job Summary:
The City of Greeley is seeing a Transmission and Distribution Team Manager to join the Transmission and Distribution team of the Water & Sewer Department.
The Team Manager reports to the Transmission and Distribution Superintendent and provides overall direction to the Crew Supervisors of Construction, Transmission and Distribution Operations, and Project Coordination.
The successful candidate will plan and execute operations, maintenance, and construction projects that include asset management, preventative maintenance, pipe rehabilitation, responding to leaks and customer complaints.
The Team Manager will work with the Superintendent on future planning, scheduling, budget and coordination with other City departments and system operations.

Minimum Requirements

* Current and valid driver’s license.
* Colorado Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
