* Utilize Provider Soft to record notes and evaluation results and submit evaluation write up to team leader.
* Attends and participates in ongoing staff in-services and mandatory quarterly meetings.
* Attend CPSE meetings.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
* Master’s Degree in School Psychology or Doctor of Psychology
* Evaluation and assessment experience required. Familiarity with a variety of preschool assessment tools.
* Effectively communicates via phone, e-mail, in public, and in large groups.
* Proficient on assessment tools necessary for evaluations.
* Works independently, manages time and prioritizes tasks appropriately.
* Strong organizational skills necessary
* Evidence of independence, initiative and forward thinking related to clinical expertise.

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical, administrative, and general office related duties in support of the diagnostic program and ABA program of Liberty POST.
The administrative assistant position plays a pivotal role in supporting families to access quality services for children, primarily birth to 12 years of age.
Essential Job Functions:
* Function: Perform as an essential part of the POST Team, providing administrative support to the POST Futures Program Director, supervisors, clinical staff, and other administrative assistants.
* Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicates with clients, families, and agencies, while scheduling appointments and following up on necessary paperwork for services.
* Document Management: Prepares, processes, and maintains client documentation, including correspondence, consent forms, and reports, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in data entry (utilizing programs such as ProviderSoft/NextGen and/or Microsoft 365).
* Quality Control and Compliance: Takes responsibility for the quality of work, adheres to corporate and regional policies, and meets deadlines, all while collaborating in a team-driven environment.

Contexte
La Direction de la Sécurité Groupe et des Services Généraux Hermès, au sein d'Hermès Services Groupe, ont pour missions d'assurer la maintenance technique des sites, leur sécurité ainsi que d'en assurer un bon fonctionnement.
Au sein de cette direction, le pôle Transverse (Achat-Gestion-Outils) a notamment pour objectifs d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des outils nécessaires à la réalisation de ces missions, la cohérence d'utilisation de ces outils entre les utilisateurs et leurs évolutions pour s'adapter aux besoins de la Maison.
L'alternance est basée à Pantin.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur les sites de Paris.
Activités principales
L'alternance aura pour mission principale d'accompagner le Chef de projet associé aux outils informatiques de la sûreté et de la sécurité dans le développement et l'amélioration du parc applicatif existant et à venir pour adresser les besoins des Services Généraux.
Les typologies d'outils adressés incluent (de façon non exhaustive) :
* Vidéosurveillance,
* Système d'alarme intrusion,
* Contrôle d'accès,
* Système de sécurité incendie,
* Système de gestion des clefs,
* Interphonie.
La majorité de ces outils font l'objet d'une étude dédiée visant à la refonte partielle ou complète de ces outils.
Dans ce cadre, l'alternant(e) e stagiaire sera amené à intervenir sur :
* Le suivi des projets
* Le suivi du Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles des outils : suivi des incidents et des demandes
* L'assistance au pilotage des prestataires
* L'organisation de la cellule outil : comitologie, animation, support de présentation, etc.
Dans ce cadre, l'alternant(e) sera amené à interagir avec les services de Direction des Systèmes d'Information, de Maintenance opérationnelle, et Sécurité.
Profil souhaité
Etudiant/e en école d'ingénieur (ou profil équivalent), généraliste ou informatique, en BAC+4/5 (césure ou fin d'études), il est attendu du candidat d'être prêt à s'investir dans un stage riche, opérationnel et formateur.

Le Pôle Sud-Ouest qui connait une forte croissance, est situé au sein de la division Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie.
Il sera composé à terme de 4 manufactures avec un périmètre de plus de 1 000 salariés.
Ce Pôle est à ce jour composé d'une manufacture à Saint-Junien (87), d'une manufacture située à Nontron (24), d'une manufacture située à Montbron (16) et d'un centre de formation à Marthon (16).

Mission générale :
En tant que Directeur du Contrôle de Gestion, membre du Comité de Direction, votre rôle est de :
* Construire avec le comité de direction la stratégie du Pôle, afin de répondre aux enjeux de croissance et de transformation au service du métier Maroquinerie.
* Développer la feuille de route Finance, en soutien de la stratégie du Pôle et en coordination avec la direction financière d'HMS.
* Piloter les processus budgétaires et financiers en optimisant l'utilisation des ressources et en garantissant le respect des procédures de contrôle interne.
Rattachement :

* Challenger les sites sur leurs remontées (Heures livrées, heures de formation, taux de Productivité, nouveauté, absentéisme).
* Construire et diffuser les notes de synthèse sur les différentes phases à destination du Comité de Direction du pôle et d'HMS.
* Préparer les supports et présentations du pôle pour les navettes budgétaires, les remontées capacitaires et l'Assemblée Générale notamment.
* Clôtures financières
+ Coordonner et consolider les clôtures comptables trimestrielles du pôle en liaison fonctionnelle avec les équipes centrales finance et comptabilité.
+ Analyser et commenter les résultats financiers, notamment par rapport aux engagements de l'aval budgétaire, et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions le cas échéant.
* Pilotage de la performance industrielle
