In this 100% virtual position, you will work at the top of your license to provide both scheduled visits and dedicated, asynchronous In-Basket cross-coverage for PCPs who are out.
The ideal candidate is proficient in navigating electronic health records, has strong independent clinical judgment with the ability to safely triage and manage unfamiliar patients in a virtual setting, and is adaptable and capable of pivoting between scheduled video visits and dedicated time for asynchronous chart review.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
* Manage patient health needs as part of an interdisciplinary team through virtual primary care
* Provide valuable clinical care by assessing, diagnosing, creating treatment and management plans appropriate for age, patient acuity and clinical condition via virtual health modalities.

Education:
