No prior locating experience is needed, but previous industry experience is a plus and will be considered when determining starting pay.
Your Responsibilities as a Gas Locate Technician:
* Use locating equipment to determine the location of gas lines in a designated area and mark the area with paint and flags to prevent damage to utility infrastructure.
Some hand digging to unearth gas lines may be required.
* Develop knowledge and understanding of underground utility infrastructure.
* Follow all company, client, state, and federal damage prevention guidelines.
* As a technician in our Advanced Gas Operations division, you may locate other utilities in addition to gas lines, depending upon the project to which you are assigned.
These are daytime, full-time positions and overtime is required.
Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is also required.
We have a 48-hour turnaround time on most locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed.

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for inspecting critical mechanical equipment in our operation and determining the probability of imminent failure, while working alongside the maintenance group.
This role is responsible for prioritizing the work backlog, scheduling planned work, incorporating PM revisions, assuring PM compliance, and creating Standard Maintenance Procedures.
This role serves as a key component of our Maintenance Team and can impact the overall success of the organization.
This is a DAY SHIFT position with a Monday - Friday work schedule.
Expected normal schedule for the position is 7:00am - 3:00pm EST.
However, must be willing to work weekends holidays, and overtime if needed.

This role is part of the engineering department at the Toledo mill and would be the primarily onsite subject matter expert on structural and civil design and condition assessments.

What You Will Do
* Perform basic structural and civil assessments of existing equipment and facilities
* Provide design review feedback on projects to be installed at the mill of all sizes
* Provide basic structural and civil designs and calculations for project managers and maintenance department (i.e.
fit for service calculations, floor and structural loading, lifting structures design, motor and pump bases)
* Construction manage civil and structural work performed at the mill
* Contract and supervise additional civil and structural engineering support as needed for workload
* Manage and prioritize portfolio of civil and structural repairs on mill infrastructure (roofs, buildings, roads)
* Project manage project that are primarily civil or structural scope - develop scope, schedule, and budgets through FEL project phases
* Contract and supervise additional civil and structural engineering support as needed for workload
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
* Three (3) or more years of experience as a civil/structural design engineer in a heavy manufacturing environment
* Experience providing structural and civil engineering designs (i.e.
fit for service calculations, floor and structural loading, lifting structures design, motor and pump bases)
* Experience with AutoCAD
What Will Put You Ahead
* Five (5) or more years of experience as a civil/structural design engineer
* Project management and construction management experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
* Experience developing investment proposals for civil/structural scope

You will be the owner of Demand Forecast for assigned products, responsible for generating and driving the Global Unconstrained Demand Forecast, incorporating with Business Projection coming from Product Managements, Sales as well as your own analysis.
Collaborate with internal/external customers to provide most educated and trustworthy short and long term (1-24 month) forecast to Supply Team with Value Creation/Profitability and Forecast Accuracy in mind.

* Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, self-develop statistical forecast models for DF judgement purposes, and evaluate forecast results
* Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
Interact with sales, marketing, and product managers to understand demand forecast drivers
* Load/validate updated demand forecast to the appropriate demand management working environment (Kinaxis Rapid Response) by the foreseen cadence by using historical Bookings, statistical output, OEM forecast where available, market trends and information, forecasts provided by sales engineers, and actual customer firm and forecast figures recorded in Rapid Response.
For any part number transitions where forecast and actual should be combined, provide part number and site detail and apply supersession treatment.
Ensure any changes to customer master data (Sold to customer mapping, Product Segmentation classification, etc...) are communicated to the appropriate Master Data Coordinator on a regular basis to ensure all reports reflect the most current business organization.
Conduct analysis to identify cause of forecast error and drive continuous improvement in predictability in demand
* Use KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) of the own portfolio to ensure continual improvement.
Using calculations of Forecast Accuracy, Comet charts and Month over month reporting to make improvements in future forecast
