Rattaché à la division commerciale du métier, le responsable de zone entretient également des relations étroites avec ses collaborateurs directs (autres responsables de zone, équipe formation et visual merchandising), les autres pôles du Métier (Collection, Production, Finance) et le Service Client.
Le responsable de zone est également en contact permanent avec ses zones.
Mission générale
Participer au développement commercial, en phase avec la stratégie d'Hermès Prêt-à-Porter Femme.
Animer les ventes de ses zones lors des sessions d'achats de collection, et soutenir le développement des ventes détails en zone afin d'optimiser la performance des collections et d'accompagner globalement les marchés.

MISSION MARCHE : définir et animer une stratégie commerciale adaptée à sa zone afin de soutenir la croissance (50% du temps de travail)
* Développer des relations avec les Chargés d'offres des filiales et les Directeurs de magasins
* Comprendre le marché afin de contribuer à une meilleure performance commerciale
* Identifier les besoins et les opportunités de développement commercial, proposer des réponses adaptées au marché
* Etudier et partager sur les typologies des clients et de leurs comportements d'achats
En amont des présentations de collection :
* Faire des analyses de ventes et des bilans de saison dans la perspective des briefs achats
* Coordonner les objectifs par clients
Pendant les sessions de ventes :
* Accompagner les zones dans leurs achats, promouvoir et assurer la lisibilité de l'offre et le respect des recommandations
* Préparer et animer les sessions de vente des collections
* Coordonner les objectifs par client
* Valider les commandes des boutiques de la zone
Entre les périodes de sessions de vente
* Accompagner et structurer le développement de l'activité commerciale de la zone, en adéquation avec la stratégie métier et les enjeux commerciaux
* Animer et piloter la mise en marché des collections
* Optimiser les ventes détail : Faire des rapports de vente mensuels, partager des retours qualitatifs, mettre en place des plans d'action afin d'améliorer les performances de sa zone : transfert de stock, proposition de réassorts
* Anticiper les situations pouvant freiner le développement commercial (ruptures, retards, ventes difficiles) et accompagner la zone dans la recherche de solutions
* Faire des visites terrain pour des formations produits, des recommandations de mise en avant produit, de l'accompagnement des évènements, organiser localement des sessions de formation pour les vendeurs experts et s'assurer de leur relais.
