Nous te proposons d'intégrer le site de LATTES, un site à la fois industriel et centre de R&D, où travaillent plus de 500 collaborateurs.
Au sein du service SERE (Sécurité, Environnement & Bâtiments), tu contribueras aux actions visant à réduire les consommations d'énergie, améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments et sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques.
L'objectif de ton alternance est de monter progressivement en compétences sur la gestion de l'énergie d'un site, accompagné(e) par l'équipe.
Tes missions : 1.
Suivi des consommations énergétiques du site
Avec l'accompagnement de ton tuteur, tu participeras à :
* La collecte et l'analyse des données de consommation (électricité, eau...)
* La mise à jour de tableaux de bord simples pour suivre les consommations
* L'identification d'éventuelles dérives (consommation inhabituelle, pics)
* Le monitoring de nos outils de suivi énergétique
* Des visites techniques des bâtiments, pour mieux comprendre les installations
2.
Performance énergétique, suivi et audits
Tu contribueras progressivement à :
* La mise en place et au suivi d'indicateurs de performance énergétique
* Le reporting des consommations dans les outils internes
* La participation à la revue énergétique du site
* La préparation des audits énergétiques, notamment dans le cadre de la norme ISO 50001
* Le suivi des actions d'amélioration décidées après les audits

Sensibilisation et participation à des projets énergie
Tu seras aussi amené(e) à :
* Communiquer en interne sur les sujets liés à l'énergie
* Sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux écogestes et bonnes pratiques
* Contribuer à des projets concrets d'amélioration de la performance énergétique du site

The Role: Business Development Manager (East Malaysia)
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager for East Malaysia to accelerate Schneider Electric's growth across Sabah and Sarawak.
This role focuses on expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and driving demand creation across priority segments.
You will play a key role in shaping opportunities early, influencing specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
What will you do?
* Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Sabah & Sarawak.
* Identify and grow business in priority segments:
Water & Environment, Buildings, Industrial, Utilities, Large Infrastructure.
* Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, EPC's and government agencies.
* Generate quality pipeline through customer visits, roadshows, events, and partnerships.
* Influence specifications by working closely with consultants and the Prescription team.
* Lead opportunity shaping and support multi-BU deal strategies.
* Strengthen the partner ecosystem (EPC's, SI's, contractors) through engagement and enablement.
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and adhere to sales governance and compliance.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within building, industrial, or energy sectors.
* Strong network with consultants, EPCs, and end users in Sabah/Sarawak is an advantage.
* Knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, BMS/EMS, Industrial Automation, or Sustainability is preferred.
* Proven ability to open new accounts and develop new markets.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
