In this role you will manufacture, modify and fabricate individual components or entire assemblies to support Professional Tools Research & Development, New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering teams.
You will use conventional mills and lathes along with CNC machining centers and other specialty tools such as surface grinders and wire EDM machines.
You will work with a wide and outstanding range of materials produced from multiple manufacturing processes to manufacture or fabricate finished parts.
You will produce finished parts with accuracy and speed by applying custom fixturing, setups and holdings along with accurate tooling selections and CAM software.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Overview
The US Finance Operations function is responsible for operations and accounting aspects of the US Gross-to-Net (G2N) process.
This includes pricing our products in the system, overseeing accounting and controls for rebates, administering payments to customers, executing SOx Controls, timely accounting of financials, regular internal and external audit related activities and assisting in customer dispute resolution.
The US G2N Team Lead will have direct oversight of 9 IAC team members and will be responsible for ensuring that pricing and rebates processes are executed in a timely manner, without compromising quality.
This entails providing leadership, direction and clarity to the IAC team members while maintaining performance standards and managing performance appropriately.
A critical aspect to team management will be to establish a team culture that enables the team to develop and thrive, foster a positive work environment and facilitate strong teamwork.
In addition, the IAC team will be responsible for supporting the US Pricing and Rebates Analysts, tracking accruals and settlements, and generally, support the pricing and rebates process for the US affiliate.
This may include developing manual tracking mechanisms, reporting or other solutions.
In addition to leading and managing the IAC team, the US G2N team lead will also support ongoing process initiatives to drive efficiency and optimize execution.
Other responsibilities will include participation, management or oversight of ongoing process improvement work and audit remediation activities.
This role will be a part of the US Finance Operations team and will report to the Senior Director – Finance.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and track shipments.
Load or unload shipments in delivery trucks.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
Label and stockpile shipments according to size, shape, and type.
Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
Completes reports by entering required information.
Routine quality checks on finished products.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Follow safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* All billets will be identified with a laser-etched tag, attached using a Hilti tool.
Identification will be printed onto tag. Note: Only one tag will be stamped at a time. The required information needed on the tag will be provided on the Melt Shop Order. As a minimum heat number, product weight, grade, and strand number will be on the tag.
* Preheated to an aim temperature of two thousand (2,000) F.
with a sixty (60) minute aim pre-heat time, depending on operating circumstances.
* Tundish shrouds will have an aim of at least sixty (60) minute preheat time.
Inspect tundish for hot spots every heat.
* And the Melt Shop Order and monitor the number of pieces needed to complete the order.
* The billet count will be verified by the Billet Yard personnel.
Each day the orders will be reported to the production scheduler to keep the flow of steel and orders regular.
* Provide proper training for employees- knowledgeable work force that can perform jobs properly, ensure employees are performing assigned tasks in a timely manner- maximize productivity.
* Report electronically on Level II
* Tundish Gates must be servo tested, and pass servo test before Pre-heater is placed down on tundish to be pre-heated.
* Assure tundish gates are wide open, and close valves to assure gates remain open while under pre-heat.
* If a tundish cylinder is replaced, Maintenance must verify cylinder before performing a servo test.
* Mold powders, tundish powders, heat changes, billet identification, continuous casting parameters, standard practice for casting rounds, tundish level-sequencing heats, mold level deviation, tundish sampling for chemistry, taking jominy samples from the tundish, billet sampling.

* Execute and monitor critical processes for mAb manufacture such as media and buffer preparation, upstream expression, downstream purification, formulation, fill/finish, and/or secondary packaging.
* Operate in a USDA / FDA / EMA cGMP regulated environment, maintaining strict adherence to all applicable regulations.
* Accurately follow SOP’s and batch production records in operation of production equipment, performance of processing steps, and execution of daily tasks.
