This is an on-site position.
The selected candidate would be working M-F, 8am to 4:30pm (EST).
The Business Services Specialist II performs a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
* Office support and technical tasks, relating to the shipping of registration documents and license plate inventory (assigned through electronic motor vehicle transactions)
* Print daily reports and shipping labels, organize license plates and mailing supplies.
* Validates correct address information to ensure accurate processing and delivery of shipments.
* Prepares shipments by affixing mailing labels and inserting packing slips with each shipment.
* Works collaboratively with Customer Support to provide status updates on pending transactions.
Your Role:
* Fulfilling inventory orders by pulling boxes from our warehouse.
* Conducting physical inventory audits monthly and quarterly
* Ensures that all required paperwork is in-hand, verifying the accuracy of all documentation prior to completing a transaction.
* Verifies client mailing addresses and license plate/sticker sequence numbers before each shipment.
* Must verify accuracy of all shipments to clients daily.
* Make phone calls to clients to assist with inventory issues.
* Prepare monthly in-house audit.
* Prepare quarterly audit for the state of North Carolina.
* Work closely with FedEx to ensure shipments are picked up daily.
* Any other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED
* Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (for example, strong skills in Excel)
* Technically savvy, ability to become proficient in a proprietary software platform.
