In this Real Estate Global Lease Administrator role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and financial compliance of lease administration and payments across a diverse international property portfolio.
Acting as a central coordination point between Finance, Real Estate, and external service providers, you will combine strong lease knowledge, financial acumen, and systems expertise to support lease payments, accounting close activities, budgeting, audits, and data governance.
This role offers the opportunity to influence global lease processes, controls, and reporting.
In this role you will:
* Oversee global lease payment processes, including rent, advance payments, and recurring charges, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with lease terms
* Create and manage annual purchase requisitions (PRs), review and validate rent invoices, and resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with landlords, Finance, and local teams
* Act as the primary escalation point for lease payment issues, landlord queries, and questions from internal stakeholders and regional teams
* Coordinate and provide functional oversight to outsourced Lease Administration Services teams, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and global standards
* Collaborate to the month‑end close activities involving reporting, control files, performing reconciliations and variance analysis between SAP, CoStar, Blackline, and sub‑ledgers
* Serve as CoStar System Administrator, maintaining lease data integrity, legal entities, cost and profit centers, and coordinating system enhancements and issue resolution
