Tracks and monitors facility effective utilization of PDPM tools (including but not limited to Physician Diagnosis Verification, Admission/Discharge CSR(GG), Weekly CSR, PDPM Weekly Tracking Tool, Point Right).
Tracks and monitors QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly and provides data analysis and clinical recommendations for facility for optimum outcomes.

What You Will Do
* Repair and maintain industrial AC electrical distribution systems up to 480V 3 phase, AC/DC controllers and other electrical equipment.
* Coach and mentor journeymen electricians
* Regularly fix and maintain manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to; boilers, chillers, air handlers, air compressors / dryers, cooling towers, pumps, environmental control systems, etc.
* Familiar with plumbing and construction methods
* Utilize blue prints, manuals, machine specs, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and shop equipment to complete daily maintenance tasks
* Perform preventative maintenance as assigned

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
