What You Will Do
* Develop and leverage strong business relationships with Japan key accounts for long term growth.
* Deliver volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts aligned with annual business plan
* Identify, map out and build network with direct customers and indirect customers to support global spec-in at Japanese tier 1s and OEMs.
* Leverage Japan local route to market to monitor, identify attractive opportunities.
Further develop end user contact to grow sales beyond current customer base.
* Lead small to large strategic negotiations that maximize value for INVISTA and creates mutual benefit to our customers.
* Day to day management of customer relationships in accordance with the terms & conditions and seek to develop mutually beneficial opportunities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Minimum 5-10 years' experience in relationship management experience in a B2B business.
Familiarity with nylon66 value chain, passive safety industry, industrial fiber used in auto are preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills - in Japanese and English
* Finance and business acumen.
