Das Fuhrparkmanagement gehört zu einer von neun GBS Service Lines und ist mit Shared Service Center Global Business Services angesiedelt.
GBS ist der interne Dienstleister der DHL Group.

Als Fuhrparkmanagement koordinieren und unterstützen wir die Steuerung, Planung und Weiterentwicklung der größten zivilen Fahrzeugflotte Deutschlands!
Unser Leistungsspektrum enthält neben der Nutzerberatung bei der Fahrzeugauswahl, die Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme der Fahrzeuge, das gesamte Instandhaltungsmanagement, sowie die Außerbetriebnahme der Fahrzeuge und den Verkauf nach Ende der Nutzungsdauer.
Außerdem beschäftigen wir uns mit neuen Mobilitätskonzepten und führen innovative, flexible und nachhaltige Lösungen rund um die Mobilität der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der DHL Group in Deutschland ein.
Ihre Aufgaben
Im Fuhrparkmanagement:
* Dienstleisterkontrolle auf Einhaltung der ordnungsgemäßen Leistungserbringung (Exculpation an Wechselbehälter)
* Untersuchungen und Analysen an Betriebsfahrzeugen (Werkstatt- und Standortbesuche)
* Unterstützung bei Betriebsversuchen und Grundsatzmangelanalysen an den Fahrzeugeinsatzorten
* Bearbeiten von Vertragsstörungen im Bereich der Fahrzeuginstandhaltung und Herbeiführung von Lösungen
* Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen aus ZI und RI- Verträgen bei den Werkstätten
* Unterstützung bei Suche & Akquise von Alternativ-Werkstätten innerhalb der betreuten Niederlassung/en
Im Besonderen bei StreetScooter-Elektrofahrzeugen:
* Technischer Support für Elektrofahrzeuge zur Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft/ Verfügbarkeit im Zustellbetrieb
* Vorauslieferungsprüfungen an StreetScooter-Fahrzeugen an Produktionsstandorten und Auslieferungsplätzen
* Analyse von besonders schwierigen Instandsetzungsfällen bis hin zur Weitergabe an das StreetScooter-Engineering
* Unterstützung des StreetScooter-Engineerings mit Testen, Pilotierung und Abnahme von qualitätsverbessernden Maßnahmen
Betreuung von HV-Werkstätten im regionalen Verantwortungsbereich:
* Regelmäßige Kontrolle der fachgerechten HV-Instandsetzung in den HV-Werkstätten sowie quartalsweise Auditierung
* Technischen Support und Ansprechpartner zu HV-Instandsetzungsthemen
