What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities for a Torque Technician include:
* Torque Tech is responsible for the executing technical bolting and joint integrity services in accordance with approved site and company procedures.
* Must have knowledge in operating calibrated tools, including torque wrenches, pneumatic and hydraulic torquing equipment.
Must be able to calibrate pneumatic and hydraulic torquing equipment to desire torque pressure.
* Able to identify and use all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
* Able to properly bolt up flanges using correct materials as indicated on the BOM.
* Able to identify when a flange connection in not properly installed, hi/lo, wrong gasket or bolts.

Keeping our hotel running is key to ensuring guests have an incredible stay at Hotel X.
As part of the Hotel Maintenance team, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of hotel guest rooms and our facilities.
Your day to day will include planned preventative maintenance of our guest rooms, as well as basic repairs such as patch and paint, plumbing, tiling, staining of floors and cabinetry.
You'll want to keep the hotel operating at its best, as such will also be assisting with the wider property and public spaces such as the pool.
With naturally high standards, you'll have an eye for detail and always put the guests needs first.
