Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Sei der Fachexperte, der technische Anfragen bearbeitet und die Diagnostikprodukte (NGS) von Roche Diagnostics unterstützt, wobei außergewöhnliche Servicequalität und Systemverfügbarkeit für unsere weltweiten Kunden gewährleistet werden.
Deine Gelegenheit
Als Technischer Spezialist im Regionalen Kunden-Support-Center wirst du:
* Technischen Support bereitstellen: Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der Diagnostikprodukte (NGS) von Roche Diagnostics für nationale und internationale Kunden.
* Als Experte fungieren: Fortgeschrittene Fehlerbehebung und Expertenunterstützung für komplexe technische Probleme im Zusammenhang mit unseren Sequenzierungsprodukten anbieten.
* Anfragen bearbeiten: Telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen von Kunden und Roche-Mitarbeitern in den Regionen EMEA-LATAM bearbeiten.
* Bei Beschwerden zusammenarbeiten: Beschwerden in Zusammenarbeit mit Ländergesellschaften und globalen Einheiten erfassen und bearbeiten.
* Schulungen durchführen: Mitarbeiterschulungen sowohl im Kunden-Support-Center als auch vor Ort bei Kunden durchführen.
* Dienstleistungsprozesse überwachen: Serviceprozesse überwachen, um die Produkt-/Systemqualität sicherzustellen und hohe Standards zu halten.
Wer du bist
* Bildungshintergrund: Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher in Elektronik, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem ähnlichen technischen Bereich; oder Abschluss einer beruflichen Ausbildung als Mechaniker, Medizintechniker oder Ähnlichem
* Berufserfahrung: Erste bis mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Installation, Montage, Reparatur und/oder dem Testen von elektromechanischen Geräten (z.

aus Berufspraxis, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika)
* Technisches Wissen: Vertrautheit mit Diagnostikprodukten und NGS-Technologien/-Arbeitsabläufen.
