Job Summary
The Fuel Truck Operator is responsible for fueling equipment in the field at sites across the Phoenix/Metro area.
There will be a $500 sign on bonus after 60 days as well another $500 sign on bonus after 180 days.
Job Responsibilities
* Ability to operate Class A truck/trailer through all types of environments, including off road on job sites
* Transport fuel safely along assigned local or regional routes.
Pump gas or diesel directly into storage tanks, fleet vehicles, or machinery
* Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks.
Monitor equipment for leaks and ensure proper tank grounding during loading and unloading
* Ability to read and navigate a map
* Perform pre and post trip inspections as required by company and federal regulations
* Operate an electronic log book device for driver's hours of service regulations
* Verify load for accuracy
* Perform inspections at job sites to ensure a safe environment for loading/unloading
* Follow all federal, state, and local DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Maintain accurate electronic or paper logs of driving hours, fuel inventory, and delivery tickets.

Primary Purpose This position is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team providing mental health services to youth, young adults and their families.
Provides comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans and interventions within the framework of a multi-faceted treatment approach including, but not limited to, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and other models/approaches as appropriate to meet the needs of the youth and families in our care.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and progressive agency.
Education and Experience Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) classifications, which includes a degree in one of the following: Graduate degree in Psychology Graduate degree in Social Work Graduate degree in Recreational, Art, or Music Therapy Graduate degree in a behavioral science field; or A qualified Mental Health Intern, as defined in 309-019-0105 (61) Additionally, the QMHPs ability to become licensed within 2 years is preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct an assessment, including identifying precipitating events, gathering histories of mental and physical health, substance abuse, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts, assessing family, cultural, social, and work relationships, conducting a mental status examination, complete a DSM diagnosis, write and supervise the implementation of a Service Plan, and provide individual, family or group therapy within the scope of their training.
Minimum Qualifications Provide proof of current, valid Oregon Drivers License (or if out-of-state will obtain Oregon license within 30 days), comprehensive automobile insurance (if applicable) and a safe driving record (minimum of 3 yrs.) to use company or personal vehicle for required duties.Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and Medicaid Fraud Check.Obtain and maintain current Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification and demonstrate proficiency in CPI Certification procedures.Obtain and maintain current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.Obtain a Food Handlers Card.

The Community Safety Ambassador Program is part of San Francisco’s “Breaking the Cycle” initiative, which emphasizes a comprehensive approach to tackling homelessness and behavioral health crises.
This program deploys specialized and highly trained ambassadors to provide services such as community engagement, intervention and de- escalation, safety presence, street cleaning, overdose recognition and reversal, and connections to the City’s systems of care for people in need.
The goals of the program are to: (1) promote safer and cleaner environments in commercial corridors, parks, neighborhoods, and other locations impacted by drug markets and unsafe, and unsanitary street and sidewalk conditions; (2) de-escalate and stabilize incidents involving unhoused individuals; and (3) create enduring positive outcomes for those individuals through trauma informed rapport building, and connections to services and resources.
The Ambassador functions as part of a two-person Ambassador team consisting of a Supervisor and an Ambassador.
Ambassador teams will be deployed to commercial corridors, parks, neighborhoods, and other locations impacted by drug markets, as well as unsafe and unsanitary street and sidewalk conditions.
The teams will provide services such as community engagement, intervention and de-escalation, safety presence, street cleaning, overdose recognition and reversal, and connections to the City’s systems of care for people in need.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager and Heluna Health’s Chief Program Officer, the Ambassador provides deployment activities and will also work to coordinate with local stakeholders to assist the target population.
This is a temporary, grant-funded, ON CALL, non- benefitted position. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Deploys with team to provide services as requested by the City.
* Takes direction from Supervisor to provide support to the target population.
* Engage with community members and serve as a community connector by providing resource information and service connections.
* Provide de-escalation and stabilization interventions.
