The Social Work Manager leads our patient advocacy, counseling, and discharge planning services.
This position will split time between hospital and SSLC operations as needed to facilitate the needs of clients and patients.

· Cross-Departmental Assistance: Assist the Emergency Department and rural health clinic with social work and crisis needs as necessary.
· Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate emotional support, counseling, and advocacy for patients and families during medical emergencies.
