The Recovery Counselor will assess the client’s personal, medical, emotional, social, and environmental situation to plan for treatment course through home, community, and office visits. One (1) year experience providing direct patient care in long term care facility in addition to one (1) year of experience planning, implementing and evaluating education programs in nursing.
