• Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.

* Preference will be given to candidate with 5-10 years experience related to building construction and/or design of residential and commercial site built and/or factory-built structures, supplemented by some experience as a construction foreman, superintendent, or contractor
     
* Understanding of Canadian and/or US building codes, standards, and construction methods.
     
* Eligible for registration or currently registered as a P.Eng.
with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia) or ASTTBC designation
     
* Ability to travel within Canada and USA
Salary & Benefits Information
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000/yr.
 Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
