* Clean, degrease, rinse, dry, develop, and post-clean castings according to customer and process requirements.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team.
In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services that help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical needs
* Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with established goals
* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
* Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
* Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
* Participate in care planning meetings, rehabilitation conferences, and discharge planning
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
* Conduct in-service training and educational programs for facility staff
* Ensure compliance with all state practice acts, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
* Promote resident independence, safety, and overall well-being
Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
* Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
* Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
* Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Licenses & Certifications
* Current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license in good standing
* Must maintain all required continuing education requirements
* Must remain in good standing with the State Board

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor resident health status, administer medications and treatments, and support residents' physical and emotional well-being.

* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
