Job Summary:
The LPN is responsible for directing the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
This role ensures compliance with policies, supports quality assurance, and performs a wide range of clinical and administrative duties.
Essential Functions:

This position carries administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties and staff supervision.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Nursing degree or graduate of an approved LPN program.
Active, unencumbered state license.
