You will be responsible for managing and executing communication tactics at both the global and regional level that align with Tricentis’ global Corporate Communications strategy through our network of agency partners, as well as supporting the Customer Advocacy Program, designed to encourage more customers to engage in marketing activities across PR, social, field marketing and content marketing.

* Regional Communications Strategy: Develop and execute integrated communications plans tailored to EMEA and APAC, aligned with global corporate messaging and priorities.
* Media Relations and Executive Communications: Cultivate strong relationships and strategic media coverage with top-tier regional media and relevant outlets.
Manage local PR agencies to secure impactful coverage and thought leadership opportunities by leveraging our global and local spokesperson person bench, helping to build the individual talk track pillars for each.
* Global Collaboration: Partner closely with the Global Senior Corporate Communications Manager as well as other stakeholders in marketing to ensure message consistency, share best practices, and support global campaigns.
* Customer Advocacy Integration: Identify and nurture customer stories in EMEA/APAC for use in media, speaking opportunities, and global campaigns, working in tandem with the global customer advocacy efforts.
* Content Development: Draft and localize press releases, media pitches, award submissions, earned speaker opportunities and executive briefing materials.
Ensure all content reflects Tricentis’ tone, voice, and brand standards.
* Campaign Execution: Support product launches, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives with tailored regional strategies and execution plans.
* Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze communications performance across EMEA/APAC.
