As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organizations guidelines, professional standards and community needs.
In this position, you will serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers and will participate in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of care.

Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested by the Administrator or Director of Nursing Services.
