Successful Candidates:
* Active California RN license
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and Supervise nursing assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality resident care, in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
* Administer Medications and Treatments as prescribed, accurately documenting all administration and ensuring proper handling of narcotics.
* Provide Direct Resident Care, including assisting with admissions, discharges, treatments (e.g., catheterization, wound care, tube feedings), and monitoring serious conditions.
