General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

General Purpose
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides quality, patient centered care by carrying out treatment plans and supporting functional progress.
Essential Duties
• Provide direct treatment per the OT plan of care
• Complete accurate documentation in line with OT Board standards
• Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Share progress and needs with the supervising OT and care team
• Assist with discharge planning and adaptive equipment recommendations
• Keep treatment areas and equipment clean and safe
Qualifications
• Current Washington State COTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
