General Purpose

Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
Assist in maintaining department.
Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, as needed.

What You'll Do
* Provide daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
