Rattaché(e) au Chef de Service, vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients dédiés et garantirez un suivi personnalisé de leurs opérations.
Vous coordonnerez les moyens de transport, analyserez les besoins et optimiserez l’organisation opérationnelle afin d’assurer une qualité de service optimale.
Relation Client – Fournisseurs
• Prendre en charge les appels clients, répondre à leurs demandes, assurer le suivi des dossiers et les tenir informés de l’avancement du traitement ;
• Négocier les moyens ponctuels et récurrents mis en place pour les clients auprès des fournisseurs, dans le respect de la législation en vigueur ;
• Gérer au quotidien les besoins en moyens supplémentaires exprimés par les clients ;
• Traiter les anomalies et apporter des solutions en cas de litige ou de réclamation ;
• Déclencher les procédures adaptées et assurer la liaison avec les services concernés en cas de dysfonctionnement.
Gestion administrative
* Collecter, rédiger et gérer tous les documents nécessaires au transport en prêtant attention aux marchandises nécessitant des mesures spécifiques ;
* Assurer la facturation des dossiers clients ;
* Saisir les commandes et les ordres de transports dans le TMS et le mettre à jour ;
* Fournir les preuves de livraisons (POD) ;
* Constituer les dossiers litiges ;
* Mettre à jour les processus.
Performance – Qualité
· Suivre, communiquer et renseigner les KPI’s et proposer des actions correctives correspondantes.
Dans le cadre de votre activité, vous pouvez être amené à réaliser des astreintes.
Le poste est ouvert pour un contrat à Durée Déterminée (CDD) avec une possibilité d’évolution vers un Contrat à Durée Indéterminé (CDI).
