Sous la responsabilité du Directeur d’agence, vous jouez un rôle clé de coordination des moyens de transport dédiés aux trafics nationaux et/ou internationaux, en veillant à répondre aux exigences du cahier des charges des clients grands comptes.
Vos principales missions :
* Piloter la mise en œuvre des nouveaux projets, process et clients en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les directions concernées.
* Assurer le lien entre la Production, l’Affrètement et le Service Commercial pour garantir la fluidité des opérations et le respect des engagements.
* Contrôler l’avancement des projets, identifier les anomalies et mettre en place des actions correctives pour optimiser la performance.
* Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients internes et externes, veiller à la qualité et à la rapidité des réponses dans le respect des procédures DHL Freight.
* Suivre les indicateurs clés (productivité, rentabilité), analyser les résultats et proposer des améliorations pour garantir l’efficacité opérationnelle.

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Platforms will report to the Global Director, Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
As part of the Global Advanced Manufacturing Technology department, the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Platforms will have significant interaction with all regions’ manufacturing plants, regional Manufacturing Engineering and Global Engineering.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Lead manufacturing design guidance (DFMA) and process reviews (PFMEA) for new product platforms and related technologies.
* Lead the definition of the Bill of Process (BOP) for each new platform, taking input from all regions and leading consensus on a single, Global BOP.
* Plan, manage and provide oversight for the manufacture of prototype units.
Support region-led pilot builds, as appropriate.
* Identify, develop and specify any new equipment/technology driven by Platform New Product Introduction (NPI) launches.
Support regional implementation of equipment.

· Verificar la calidad de la mercancía en todos los procesos y reportar cualquier daño o anomalía.
· Descargar y cargar contenedores, vehículos de carga, en el almacén o en el medio de transporte.
· Ubicar la mercancía en el almacén y garantizar que todo movimiento físico corresponde a un registro previo en el sistema operar equipos movilizadores de carga asignados para su cargo (Transpallet eléctrico, gato manual stock picker, etc),siempre y cuando cuente con la certificación de montacarguista, montacargas siempre y cuando tenga el permiso necesario (certificación de montacarguista) y en casos en que sea estrictamente necesario y avalado por su jefe inmediato, conocimiento específico definido por DHL o el cliente.
· Colocar con los análisis de causa cada una de las no conformidades levantadas por el cliente y generar reporte de estas al jefe de área.
· Manejar y mantener adecuadamente y en perfecto estado los equipos y maquinas usadas en operación.
· Participar activamente en los programadas de reconocimiento.
